How do I update my account details or reset my password?Updated 2 months ago

To update your details, login to the website using your email and password. If you've forgotten your password, simply click "Forgot Password" and follow the prompts to reset it. 

Once logged in, go to the "My Account" section by clicking the person icon at the top left of the page, as shown below: From there, you can update your personal information, addresses, and subscription preferences.

Please double check for any spelling errors before clicking the update button to save your changes!

Please note: If you're just wanting to unsubscribe, but not delete your account, you can either do this through the link provided in our SMS or emails, otherwise you can reach out to us requesting this.
