How does Click & Collect work?Updated 2 months ago

Click & Collect is a quick and convenient way to shop online and pick up in store. 

Here’s how it works: 

1. Choose your store at checkout when placing your order online
   Use the store locator at checkout to find your nearest participating AXL+CO store. Tip: You can also check if the item you’re after is available by using the Click & Collect availability tool on the product page. Just enter your postcode or suburb to see nearby store stock.
   
   
2. Order Is Processed 
   Your order is processed through our online store and once it’s received by the store team, they’ll begin packing it for you.
   
   
3. Ready for Pickup Within 2 Business Hours 
   When your order is ready to collect, you’ll receive an email and SMS confirmation. If you haven't received this within 2 business hours, please contact the store or us here for further assistance.  
   
   
4. Collect In-store
   Head into the store with your order confirmation and a valid photo ID to collect your purchase. We’ll hold your order for 14 days from the time you’re notified it’s ready.
