Where can I see my order history?Updated 2 months ago

You can view all past orders as long as they were placed while you were logged into your account.

Simply log in using your email and password, then navigate to the “My Orders” section to review your order history. 

Please note: Orders placed as a Guest will not appear in your account. If you placed an order before creating an account, we’re unfortunately unable to integrate or transfer those previous purchases into your new account. 

Our system can only display orders that were completed while you were logged in at the time of purchase. 

Additionally, we’re unable to merge or integrate orders from one account into another account. 

However, we can update the email address associated with an existing order or account upon request. If you need assistance locating a past guest order or updating your account email address, please contact us here with the email address used at checkout and your order number, and we’ll be happy to help.
