If your discount code isn’t working at checkout, don’t worry - there are a few common reasons this can happen. 

Please check the following:

• Ensure that the promo code is being entered into the correct field labeled "ENTER PROMO CODE" at checkout 
  
• Check the discount code is still valid and has not expired
• Double-check the terms and conditions provided in the email you received with the code 

*Discount codes are valid on full-priced items only, and cannot be used in conjunction with other sales or promotions.
